From: "Michael R. Nelson" <mnelson@pobox.com> Date: February 3, 2008 5:18:42 PM EST To: Dave Farber <dfarber@cs.cmu.edu> Subject: Interesting report on openness in health care Reply-To: mnelson@pobox.com
Dave,
I thought your readers might be interested in an important new report by Elliot Maxwell on openness in health care, which was just published by the Committee for Economic Development and can be found at http://www.ced.org/docs/report/report_healthcare2007dcc.pdf or at http://www.emaxwell.net I've attached a press release summarizing the report's findings.
This is another in a series of excellent reports from CED on the importance of open standards and open source.
